”The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. ”

”Great place with a wonderful location. The house was clean and organized well and the outdoor space was so nice. The location made it easy to get to the beach and the Monterrey Bay Area. The neighborhood was very walkable and we were able to walk to places to eat. An absolute favorite was Acme coffee every morning. Highly recommend this space. ”

”We spent two nights here with our children, ages 5 and 2.5, and it was the ideal vacation home for our family. Our host was warm, accommodating, and quick to reply to any questions. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully suited for kids. Everything we needed was provided, including a wonderful selection of toys and books in the kids’ room. We would absolutely love to return for another stay in the future.”
