POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum Occupancy is 12 Adults, children under twelve (12) years of age excluded. Sleeping arrangements for 14.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles 1 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. One bay of the garage is for owner use. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The pier is shared with the house next door.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
