”Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy.”

”Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. ”It was our 45th anniversary and we came up from San Jose for a nice getaway.Our 3 night stay in May was so nice! Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. Breakfast at Cornerstone Bakery Cafe in Truckee which was delicious. We had a sweet stop at the Log Cabin Ice Cream shop in Kings Beach. We ate a lot at the condo because it was so well set up and relaxing. I think anyone would be happy with...

”The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather.”

”The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.”

”Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. ”
