A peaceful Provençal getaway for up to 6 guests, in a comfortable independent house with swimming pool, garden and pool house.
Set on a 1200 m² property in a green and quiet environment, this charming house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine of Provence.
The house is fully independent from the owners’ main residence and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright air-conditioned living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine provides additional sleeping space with one double bed (140 cm) and two single beds, plus a second toilet with washbasin.
Outside, guests enjoy a private outdoor space with swimming pool, shaded terrace, pool house, plancha grill, pétanque court and table tennis.

A perfect setting to relax, enjoy the pool and experience the laid-back lifestyle of Provence.

Ideal location to explore the Var
Located in the heart of the Var region, the house is a great base to explore both the coast and the countryside.
The beaches and the Hyères islands (Porquerolles), Toulon and the beautiful village of Le Castellet are about 40 minutes away.
Bormes-les-Mimosas, Saint-Tropez and Saint-Raphaël are less than an hour away, making great day trips.
We live on the property and remain available if needed while fully respecting your privacy.
