Villetta BiancAmare is a comfortable vacation cottage just 50 meters from the beaches of Lido Specchiolla, one of the renowned seaside resorts of Carovigno, on the Adriatic Sea, in the Upper Salento area.
The villetta is complete with all modern amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, smart TV etc.
The villetta has a courtyard with a gazebo,
table and chairs for 8 people, where guests can have lunch and dinner
while enjoying the pleasant sea breeze. There are also outdoor shower
and barbecue.

BiancAmare is in a stunning location just a few steps from the sea.
Fully fenced, it has equipped outdoor spaces such as the lovely veranda
with sofas where you can spend time outdoors.
The apartment, on a mezzanine floor, opens with a living room equipped with an open kitchen and 1 double sofa bed. The rooms are all air-conditioned.
The 3 bedrooms are 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 twin with en suite bathroom, and 1 double with adjacent shower room.
The
cottage can therefore comfortably accommodate 6 guests reaching a
maximum accommodation capacity of 8 beds. The interiors are well-kept
and comfortable.

Lido
Specchiolla, the seaside resort where Villetta BiancAmare is located,
represents an ideal point to spend your vacation in Puglia: all the main
services (beaches, bars, restaurants, minimarket) are present.
The resort is centrally located among the most renowned places of Salento and Valle d`Itria, all of which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Just to name a few, the naturalistic oasis of Torre Guaceto is less than 5 km away, the historic center of Ostuni can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the architectural wonders of Lecce and Alberobello are both just over 50 km away.
Of note is the proximity to Brindisi airport: 23 km.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
