mansion with all amenities, ideal for spending relaxing vacations in
Valle d`Itria, in the center of Carovigno.
The apartment is spread between second floor and panoramic terrace of an eighteenth-century building, and has a refined mini Jacuzzi pool with sea view, solarium and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning
in all rooms, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, crib on
request, kitchen on the terrace with dishwasher and electric oven,
heating etc.
The exclusive abode with Jacuzzi offers up to 6 beds. The facility accommodates year-round.

Palazzo
Alemar`s apartment with Jacuzzi is on the second floor and terrace of
the newly renovated 18th-century mansion, accessible by a baroque stone
staircase.
Independent and autonomous, the apartment consists of
living room with 1 double sofa bed and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1
bathroom with shower.
The terrace has a large outdoor kitchen under a lovely pergola, as well as a heated mini Jacuzzi pool that can be used even in winter, an outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunbathing in comfort.
From
the large terrace you can see the nearby Adriatic Sea and the main
square of Carovigno. The location is excellent for attending in complete
privacy any kind of event the town has to offer.
All the furnishings have been custom designed and built to enhance the luxurious and old-world charm of
the residence and its Baroque architecture, which was finished being
renovated in early July 2025, and is therefore brand new.
The
materials used in the renovation represent excellence in recovering the
ancient artifacts of stone, carparo faccia vista, ancient cement
mixtures, the only materials to be used.
The Palace has a private garage available for guests` cars. For larger groups up to 12 beds, it is possible to book the entire palace, including exclusive SPA.

The apartment with Jacuzzi is located on the second floor of Palazzo Alemar, in the center of Carovigno,
in the province of Brindisi. Famous for its castle, the medieval charms
of the old town, its flag-wavers and its taverns, Carovigno is one of
the most characteristic towns in the Valle d`Itria.
Carovigno also
has a coastline with free beaches and equipped lidos, including Torre
Santa Sabina, Torre Guaceto with the precious WWF oasis, and other
localities such as Morgicchio, Specchiolla and Pantanagianni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Jacuzzi available from January to July.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating is not included and is mandatory from November to April at €25 per day, payable locally.
