Beautiful property in the midst of the olive trees. House is clean and well appointed. Loved having a wash machine, after 2 weeks of traveling. The first evening, Melitta, the caretaker brought us a fantastic pugliese meal so we didn't have to go out. 3 king beds, which was great for 3 couples traveling. They have an outdoor enclosed area of glass which is lovely. Close to many of the towns we wanted to visit.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and practical. Equipment is rather high quality, it’s an owners’ house they use themselves. The configuration is well thought, from the large rooms, the large living/kitchen space with seaview, tnhe lounge with a breeze, the great seawater pool and the bbq and and and. It’s isolated but safe, calm but only 15min from everything: one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia (torre Guaceto) great restaurants and supermarkets. Ostuni is 20min, Brindisi 25. Communication with the landlord and his staff ere excellent and very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer and we will come back

This house was possibly the best holiday house I have stayed in. It was amazing. My family loved the pool area and enclosed patio for relaxing. We were a short drive from beautiful Caravigno and a little longer from all of the beautiful Puglian towns. If I had one criticism it would be that the information leaflets are in Italian or French. However, thanks to the strong WiFi signal e could just google what we needed to know. I would return here without hesitation

My wife and I spent 6 nights here. The property is wonderful and private with a nice view of the Adriatic. Wonderful location to branch out from as it is only 7 minutes from the Adriatic highway that runs up and down Salento. The property was clean and well stocked and the caretaker there for every question/need. Side note: it was priced well less than other competitive VRBOs. Highly recommend

The villa was all we could have wanted and exactly as listed. A great base for exploring northern Puglia. Melita was so helpful and was always available when needed. Would recommend for families and would definitely come back if in Puglia again.

Immersa in un oliveto monumentale, posta su una lieve collina da cui si vede il mare, Villa Karine ù in posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge con mare cristallino. Accogliente, ben arredata, pulita in modo impeccabile, dotata di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta in una villa di questa tipologia, gode di ampi e ben distribuiti spazi esterni dove rilassarsi in pieno sole o all’ombra del pergolato, riparati dal vento o in piena aria. Anche all’interno gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati. La grande cucina ù veramente ben attrezzata: non manca davvero nulla. Ottima la biancheria da letto, gli asciugamani nei bagni e i teli per la piscina dove sono presenti lettini, sdraio e poltrone. Aria condizionata efficace e silenziosa, letti molto comodi. In fase di prenotazione e nei giorni successivi, Michele, il proprietario, ha risposto celermente e con estrema cortesia. Melita, la signora che ci ha accolti, ù molto gentile e disponibile. Una splendida location per una magnifica vacanza!

As other guests mention, the house is even nicer than the pictures show. It is modern, comfortable with all you need in place (good beds, lots of kitchen supplies, silent a/c), spacious, lots of seats outside. And of course the large swimming pool! The house is located on a small hill, so you can see the sea and the refreshing breeze is welcome in the hot summer days. In addition to spending lots of lazy days at the house enjoying the pool and sun, the location makes it easy to visit the highlights of Puglia, such as Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. Nice restaurants nearby, with XFOOD at San Vito dei Normanni our favorite. So we had a great time at this place and would highly recommend it!

Wir haben im wunderschönen Apulien im Traumhaus 2 fantastische Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist innen und außen noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Lage ist optimal fĂŒr Strandtage in Torre Guaceto, an der Costa Merlata, aber auch an der WestkĂŒste am Ionischen Meer (Punta Prosciutto!). Man erreicht aber auch sehr gut die sehenswerten StĂ€dte Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli und Polignano al Mare, sowie die Grotte von Castellana. Man muss aber auch auf alle FĂ€lle gemĂŒtliche Tage zum chillen am Haus einplanen: toller Pool, tolle große Lounge (die man, wenn der Wind zu stark ist mit Glasscheiben nach vorne verschließen kann!), viele Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten und natĂŒrlich die möblierte Dachterrasse! Dort haben wir jeden Abend unseren Sundowner genossen und spektakulĂ€re SonnenuntergĂ€nge ĂŒber den OlivenhĂŒgeln bewundern können. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort!

È vero
., la cultura e il mare di questa regione sono uno stato d’animo. Il valore aggiunto di questa sorprendente terra lo fa la location nel quale siamo stati ospiti 15 giorni. La villa ù un incanto, ù sorprendente come l’unico rumore che si percepisca siano le foglie degli ulivi che si muovono nella brezza. Architettonicamente ù un equilibrio di tagli prospettici delle finestre e dei muri esterni che incorniciano magicamente tramonti mozzafiato. Un soggiorno indelebile, che mi ha regalato emozioni uniche. Pulizia e confort impeccabili, villa Karine ù super accessoriata e non manca nulla
. Grazie ai consigli del proprietario e alla gentilissima Melita che hanno contribuito a rendere speciali la nostra vacanza. Posto magico.

We had a great family holiday in the villa. The location was perfect for us, short drive from the airport and loads of beaches within about 20 minutes. Also 3 towns to visit within 20 minutes drive. We really enjoyed Carovigno. The villa had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and we loved the massive outdoor space. The air con worked well and was much needed in the heatwave! Great communication before we arrived and during our stay which was very reassuring with all the covid restrictions. A car is essential for this property. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend!

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni. La villa Ăš incantevole. Le foto non rendono abbastanza la sua bellezza. Curata nei minimi dettagli. A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Torre Guaceto (riserva naturale). Il proprietario gentilissimo. Che dire di piĂč!!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa meravigliosa Villa, vi assicuro che le foto non rendono l’idea della bellezza, vista magnifica, tranquillità assoluta, completa di tutto, ed ù a 10 minuti da supermercati, farmacia, locali, piccoli paesi molto caratteristici, città stupende, come Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a mare e ovviamente un mare spettacolare. Ultima cosa vorrei ringraziare ancora una volta Melitta, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi di casa, rivolgetevi a lei se volete una cena tradizionale pugliese direttamente in Villa, cuoca sopraffina, persona gentile e disponibile. A lovely, spacious villa with a huge pool in a great location for visiting the beautiful cities in Puglia. The owners and local manager could not have been more helpful and there are recommendations for local restaurants, shops etc. We were visiting with teenagers but the owners also have a fence they can erect around the pool, if you are staying there with babies or toddlers. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Cielo, natura e mare. La casa confonde i tre elementi in un tutt’uno in cui Ăš difficile scegliere la giornata ideale. La casa Ăš proprio questo: sovverte le prioritĂ  lasciando il passo a un’immediata sensazione di abbandono immerso nella natura. Comoda a tutte le piĂč belle spiagge della zona, ti avvolge in un clima ventilato quasi irreale rispetto alla calura estiva circostante.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dĂ©but aoĂ»t dans la maison de MichĂšle et Sabine. Nous Ă©tions 3 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison est vraiment magnifique : elle est design et contemporaine. Le patio extĂ©rieur qui fait face Ă  la piscine (et la mer au loin) est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a aussi une trĂšs grande table Ă  l extĂ©rieur pour dĂ©jeuner. La piscine est grande donc on peut y faire des longueurs en nageant sans aucun souci! Le jardin est immense (et clos) L intĂ©rieur de la maison est trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© : il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire pour faire la cuisine! En cas de petits soucis ( par exemple une coupure d Ă©lectricitĂ©) la propriĂ©taire pourtant Ă  distance est trĂšs rĂ©active et envoie des personnes pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme dans la foulĂ©e! Sabine prend Ă©galement le soin d envoyer plein d adresses pour faire les courses et recommande des restaurants : nous en avons teste plusieurs tous dĂ©licieux! La rĂ©gion d Ostuni oĂč est situĂ©e la maison est Ă©galement une trĂšs belle rĂ©gion et la maison super bien situĂ©e pour visiter les Pouilles (Bari, les grottes de Castellana, Ostuni, Brindisi, Alberobello...) La mer est Ă©galement proche (en voiture) et trĂšs belle a cet endroit (rĂ©serve marine) En revanche, une voiture est indispensable pour pouvoir rĂ©sider dans cette maison. En conclusion, nous vous recommandons cette maison si vous aimez les endroits paisibles et beaux tout en ayant un confort maximal! Valerie

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this villa. It is much bigger and more amazing than the pictures can show. It is just a few years old and very well designed with a large kitchen/dining/sitting room which overlooks the pool and outdoor covered seating areas. It is very contemporary with concrete floors, huge rainfall showers and air con in the rooms which makes it very functional in the heat. The views are wonderful over olive groves and out to the sea. We met Michele and his lovely family when we arrived as they were just leaving and they were so kind with great advice on the area and restaurants. It is very Italian this part of Puglia which is why we love it so much, (it does mean very people speak English, so google translate is very useful if your Italian is not strong). The house is close to the town of San Vito dei Normanni, where we had a fantastic meal at the restaurant X Food which is also a social project. Another evening was spent in the beautiful Ostuni which is about 25 mins away. Our favourite beach is just 15 mins up the coast at Costa Merlata which is real family beach where you can jump off low cliffs into the sea and swim back into the cove plus there is a nice little cafe on the beach which is very cheap. There are also beaches just 5 mins from the house. The White Ostuni Beach club is great for lunch. It is a wonderful house for a relaxing holiday, it is worth knowing it is fairly remote and down a rough track, so you do have to get in the car for everything but it is only 10 mins from towns for shopping & restaurants.
