Palazzo Alemar Jacuzzi & SPA by Perle di Puglia

Palazzo Alemar is a residence with ancient charm, remodeled, equipped with Jacuzzi on the panoramic terrace and private SPA, the ideal place to spend vacations in Puglia under the sign of well-being, in the heart of the historic center of Carovigno.
All rooms are air-conditioned. There are, in addition, heaters, washing machine, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, crib, two kitchens each with electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, etc.
 
The building consists of two independent dwellings, offering a total of up to 12 beds. Private garage available to guests.

Palazzo Alemar was born from the complete renovation of a charming 18th-century building, which is spread over several levels.
Between the ground floor and basement is the Apartmentwith SPA,
a 6-bed abode divided between 2 double bedrooms and a living room with a
double sofa bed. The house also has full kitchen, a large SPA with
Finnish sauna and Turkish bath, emotional shower, relaxation and massage
area.
Between the second floor and the panoramic terrace is the Apartmentwith Jacuzzi,
also sleeping 6, reached by an impressive Baroque staircase. The house
consists of 2 double bedrooms, and living room with double sofa bed as
well as kitchenette with all amenities.
The terrace has a large outdoor kitchen under a lovely pergola, as well as a heated mini Jacuzzi pool, which can be used even in winter.
From
the large terrace you can see the nearby Adriatic Sea and the main
square of Carovigno. The location is excellent for attending in complete
privacy any kind of event the town has to offer.
All furnishings have been custom designed and built to enhance the luxurious, old-world charm of Palazzo Alemar and its Baroque architecture.
The mansion was completed in early July 2025, so it is brand new.
The
materials used in the renovation represent excellence in recovering the
ancient artifacts of stone, carparo faccia vista, ancient cement
mixtures, the only materials to be used.
The Palazzo has a private garage available for guests` cars.
The surroundings of Palazzo Alemar in Carovigno
Palazzo Alemar stands in the center of Carovigno,
in the province of Brindisi. Famous for its castle, the medieval charms
of its old town, its flag-wavers and its taverns, Carovigno is one of
the most characteristic towns in the Valle d`Itria.
Carovigno also
has a coastline with free beaches and equipped lidos, including Torre
Santa Sabina, Torre Guaceto with the precious WWF oasis, and other
localities such as Morgicchio, Specchiolla and Pantanagianni.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Jacuzzi available from January to July.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It consists of two independent apartments.

- Heating is not included and is mandatory from 25th of October until the 31st of March, at € 20 per day.
