The villa features a contemporary architectural style with simple, clean lines.
From the veranda, you enter the house into a spacious living area featuring a modern kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room with a TV and fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area—plus 1 triple bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. A second bathroom with a shower completes the interior.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
The pool is 1.5 meters deep and has no steps. Four uncovered parking spaces are available on the property.

The vacation villa is located in the countryside of the Carovigno area, in the province of Brindisi, a residential neighborhood from which the nearest beaches can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The town of Carovigno is about 6 km away. The villa’s location allows you to explore the most beautiful villages of the Itria Valley and the surrounding area, with Ostuni just a 15-minute drive away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
