”Stay at this location often for work. Always the same quality service and clean.”

”The wind is consistently blowing in Cheyenne. Unfortunately, my window had a small leak and the noise of the wind blowing through it kept me awake.”

”This hotel was 10 Mi away from City of Cheyenne. Good for truckers but not for people that want to do things in town. Had to eat the money. Didn't stay there.”

”We really enjoyed our night stay with having Outback and a gas station nearby. We had everything we needed after an exhausting 13 hour drive!”

”The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a mini refrigerator but no freezer inside. I was disappointed because we were traveling across country and I needed to freeze our ice packs for the cooler that held my medication. The bathroom floor was dirty with black marks all over it. Parking was easy and we could see our vehicle from our room. We did have a hard time finding it because their sign was broken broken out. We passed it up and had to turn around and...

”No breakfast. No coffee. No ice machine.”

”The bathroom counter space was much too small. The air conditioner did not have a constant fan setting, so the hallway noise was very noticeable. The front desk attendant was asleep when we checked out at 9:30 am.”

”It was quiet, we didn't have to stay but 12 hours or so,but it was so quiet compared to normal hotels. The staff was nice. The only thing that could use some work is maybe a little better options for breakfast my husband and I did not eat anything, and maybe get a few dollars back into fixing a few things. Where our bathroom met the room the carpet was all messed up, big stain on the sheet, and in the shower on the wall was a messed up spot.”

”They overbooked the room! I turned up at 10pm with 2 kids, only to be told, no room was available and they wouldn't refund me and I had to take it with expedia! Apparently this has happen "a lot of times" and "they feel terrible turning people away". Then don't offer the rooms if they are unavailable.”

”Excellent hotel very clean”

”Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ.”

”Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of hot foods and muffins and fruit. A variety of juice, hot coffee and tea. We totally recommend this hotel.”

”Everything was very nice except it was the only hotel on a 45 day trip that didn’t have soap or conditioner in the room.”

”The location is super convenient for those traveling through Cheyenne. However, our room and its bedding smelled like stale smoke. Also, the carpet in the hall is super dirty and the property does not appear to be well maintained.”
