”Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.”

”I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Don Rafa. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re transported into a space curated by people who appreciate art and history. The room was lovely and so comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant with its beautiful views. The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the history of region. We also liked the close proximity to local shops and the ability to cross over into the Condado region by...

”Hotel El Covento was exquisite! The property was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The staff delivered a complimentary bottle of wine with a handwritten note congratulating us. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and kind. A special shout out to the front desk and to the bartenders who made us feel so welcome!”

”Clean, quiet and new hotel. Excellent location. Do go!😊”

”Everything was amazing!!!!”

”My five-night oceanfront stay was deeply disappointing. Rather than feeling welcomed, I experienced repeated poor service that raised concerns about possible racial profiling. At both Serafina and AOA Oceanfront, I was seated but never served. At AOA, I waited nearly 20 minutes while another family arrived and immediately received water. No one acknowledged me, despite my being ready to order. After reporting both incidents, I was offered a $75 credit to dine elsewhere on the property. Why...

”Very clean. And in a very centric area.”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you.”

”Water power was very week. Water termperature changed many times during shower. Very noisy place to sleep. Personel were very polite.”

”No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again.”
