”I really enjoyed the resort minus the hidden resort fees they didn’t mentioned at the beginning since my booking was paid in advance and all the extra fees and taxes they charge and the incidentals for the entire stay that they place a hold on your card for nearly 1400.00. ”The service was great. They have a sister company across the street, so we were able to use their pool as well, and they provided us with beach towels and chairs, umbrellas. The views are spectacular. Minutes away from old San Juan and other beaches.”

”Here’s a cleaner and more polished version that still sounds genuine and firm: The hotel was very underwhelming and did not feel worth the price we paid. We arrived a few hours early and appreciated that the staff held our luggage while we waited for check-in. However, we were told we would be notified when the room was ready, and no one ever contacted us. Once we got to the room, we discovered there was no hot water, and the shower would sometimes stop running entirely in the middle of use....
