”The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight. ”I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. ”A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat.”

”This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by. ”

”Staff was helpful, rooms got cleaned, stuff was near by to do. I you want the true tourist feel go here. There’s no space for anything because it is so packed. Traffic if terrible. Partying went on for long time outside. There was loud construction and cars all night. If you want the tourist feel but more space and less people isla verde I recommend. I learned my lesson. ”

”We have stayed here before about 4 years ago. It was in better shape, the pool bar was attended well, and there were towels at the pool. This time we had to ask 3 times for towels to be brought to the pool area (where you are only allowed to use pool towels) before they finally brought them. There is nobody at the pool bar serving and it’s 1 PM on a weekend. We will be unlikely to return to this hotel in the future.”

”Housekeepers are so kind and do a GREAT job!”

”The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service! ”

”It was a great time! Very clean very nice staff amazing music! The hotel offers beach chairs and towels each time you go to the beach :) the area is super nice and safe. There are alot of restaurants and activities to do near by. Super duper close to the beach. Overall very amazing :)”

”Very near a Virgin cruise port; near restaurants and access to walking. Hotel has a full bar open most of day and full breakfast (very good). Staff were very friendly. Would stay there again.”

”Clean large room for our family of four. There was construction going on at the time so it was loud in the morning but we woke up early anyway so wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is great, close enough for a short uber ride to old San Juan. ”

”We liked it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach very near. Easy acces by bus from the airport and cost only 75 cents. Breakfast was not so good. Room was okay, but the bed a bit small. Tip: on Loiza st go to La cueva del Mar. Excellent fish tacos!! Try their avocado sauce. We loved it.”

”The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep. Huone oli pihan tasolla, joten verhoja ei voinut pitää auki ilman, että kaikki olisivat nähneet huoneeseen. Huoneessa oli kosteaa ja mieto hieman epämiellyttävä haju.
