”Clean room lots of options for breakfast”

”The room was dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor and bathroom floor sticky . I had to mop my floor and get the vacuum from the front desk and vacuum. Bed was lumpy and wore out.”

”Piti olla ilmainen aamiainen josta kuitenkin velvoitettiin 25 $”

”Great clean rooms, very friendly staff!”

”This hotel offers decent value for money. Room was spacious, bed was ok and the bathroom clean. Plenty of parking available. The area this hotel is in doesn't seem super nice and as far as I know had limited food options especially later in the day. ”

”Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.”

”This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.”

”We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!”

”Being this was my first time staying here it wasn't a good experience. The amenities, well the pool isn't working, the fire place that looks so inviting, doesn't work hasn't in years. The carpets and riped and stained. My first room smelled bad, was moved to another room up stairs. The floor had a stain, didn't think anything about it until I walked in it and it was sticky. The door keys don't work half the time, everytime I had a new key made before I went up stairs. I got tired of walking...

”The breakfast that they provided was awful. No fresh fruit. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. No yogurt or juice. Had to ask for cups for coffee. While the hotel itself is very clean and updated the breakfast was a big downfall.”

”This facility is definitely not up to normal DoubleTree standards that I am accustomed to. The building is somewhat run down, no breakfast was included, king size room was extremely small, the TV only had local channels. When I booked the room it stated cable TV and breakfast. I would not stay there again.”

”The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!!
