”My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”

”This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”We paid for 5 nights. Our room smelled like chemicals. Extremally strong. It restricted our breathing and had a taste in our mouth. The first night we complained about it. She didn't offer us another room. The beds were hard. We didn't sleep because of restricted breathing. I went to take a shower and there wasn't a shower curtain. At that point I was extremely upset. I called and complained. Still no sympathy of the contaminated smell . She asked if I wanted her to bring a shower curtain. She...

”Basically there was no breakfast. Granola bar and some cookies. The shower was great, the bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the space could use a paint job, chipped paint on the walls etc..”

”Nice quiet family owned. Got snowed in and owner was shoveling snow first AM. Great price for safe place for night of sleep in blizzard conditions. ”

”The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway.”

”All good except our room key didn't work most of the time. They had to keep giving us new ones. We had no hot water when we went to shower. We had to wait for them to fix it. Which they did.”
