”The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.”

”The beautiful lake view was the highlight! Nice room, has everything you need like comfy beds, good tv/wifi, and even heated toilets! I loved that they give you vouchers to visit Lakeside Beach because that saved us a lot of money. We also got a $60 food/bev credit with our stay and loved the room service breakfast. Nice size parking lot. Cute balcony to watch the view. Close enough to walk to casinos and local shops (10mins).”
