”Clean rooms no kid friendly activities. When we maid reservation it showed a pool, but it was filled in with dirt. So disappointing! Also no easy access to the lake.”

”Motel check-in occurs at the CVI casino two block away. I saw no staff on site at the motor Lodge. We were replaced in a second story room. There are no elevators. While the room was clean enough, it clearly showed significant signs of wear and tear that had not been addressed. The door to our room was damaged and required some force to get open and closed. Only one of the key cards we were provided worked on the door and eventually, the other one stopped working as well. This venue needs to put...

”There wasn’t house keeping or much service for hotel guests. The rooms are thin walled but are ok, the hot springs are underwhelming. Beautiful area, the resort was just average”

”Stayed in a cabin. It was pretty Cold outside. But it was beautiful. Like camping with many conveniences. Loved it!”

”Everything about the property is excellent. In addition to the conventional ròoms available for booking, a KOA campground is part of the overall operation. Be aware that your arrival time must be conveyed to ensure someone is available to receive you upon arrival. Also, be aware that some cell phone carriers do not cover the immediate spot. T-Mobile could not be used. Fortunately, we had another phone with a different carrier and were OK. WI-FI IS VERY GOOD. STAFF COULD BE MORE CONGENIAL.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”

”We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...
