Utility area with a washing machine. Air conditioning in the bedroom and the living/dining area. There is no water heater.
Guest Access
During their stay, our guests have access to the building’s common areas, such as the gym, terrace, BBQ area, hot tubs, concierge desk, and lobby. They also have access to private parking and visitor parking.
Visitor Policy: To ensure the safety of our guests, a maximum of 2 visitors are allowed from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Visitors are not permitted outside of these hours.
