"Starting with the positives: the view was just amazing, from my room I saw both the sea and the jungle, and sitting on the terrace during a thunderstorm, listening the howlers and looking at the scarlet macaws flying from a tree to tree was an incredible experience. I also liked the breakfast and food in general, and the staff was friendly. On the other hand, the room was very basic, only a bed, chair, table and a coffee machine, shampoo and poor quality towels in the bathroom. 2 plastic chairs and a table at the terrace. I had booked a room for 3, with a futon sofa; there was no futon in the room. When I complained about this, they asked why do I need a futon. Well, in principle I would like to get what I pay for. The manager was not ”available” to address my complaint, and also during the check-out the same staff member ignored my complaint. For a price of almost 300$/night I would expect more comfort in the room."

"Convenient location close to the airport, shuttle buses operate 24 hrs and the hotel sends you information about the details before arrival. The staff at the breakfast was amazing and very friendly, especially Raúl who brought me fresh fruits from the kitchen 😊."

"Erinomainen hotelli, erityisesti lämpimän ja välittömän palvelun ansiosta. Henkilökunta halusi auttaa kaikissa tarvitsemissani asioissa ja kuulla kokemuksistani. Ravintolan ja aamiaisen taso myös erittäin hyvä. En yleensä koskaan anna sanallisia arvioita hotelleista, mutta tämä hotelli ja sen henkilökunta ansaitsivat sen. Tulisin ehdottomasti uudelleen."
