”Very comfortable room with sleeper sofa refrigerator microwave and counter space. Have stayed here twice before and will continue to do so.”

”It was ok for an overnight stay. There was an odd odor in the room. It looked old & run down. The pool area was really hot, but the water was freezing.”

”The hotel is nice and appears well maintained. It is an 8 minute drive from Kings Island which is a major plus. We were only here to shower, sleep, and to have breakfast so to us it was completely fine. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we encountered was that the room fridge did not get cold at all. Other than that a pleasant stay. We would book again if coming to KI!”

”Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho.”

”The room was nasty! There were stains resembling various body fluids ( brown, red and yellow) on walls and bed and bedding and pictures. When we showed the staff they simply offered more sheet to cover it up. The microwave had gunk in it. There were so Many stains on the couch /fold out bed we could not use it. Tho we could not even fold it out because they put a shelf in the way. The ac ran all night and the room never went under 70. We did not try the pool we spent so much time trying...

”I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.”

” Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

”Room was dirty with no toiletries. The desk person and his father smoked outside the entrances. Breakfast was awful. Front desk said before booking they provide pots and pens but after booking there was nothing in the kitchen inspite of repeated request One day breakfast was closed. The pictures for suite are deceiving”

”Refused to stay at the property after checking. Checkin is a virtual assistant machine, the actual check in desk is behind bullet proof glass and not attended. Completed checking and the drove around the parking lot to park and go in. Parking lot was full of broken down and appeared to be abondend cars and old rvs. Went upto our room, toilet seat was broken off, not the room I had booked on line as it was to have a jetted tub. Seat cover chair in the room was cracked open. Bed spread was stained...
