”Staff was helpful, room was your typical one bedroom motel room, but the walls had water stains all over it. Sorta creepy”

”Bathroom not cleaned well, front desk staff did not explain charges well and seemed bothered that they had to get up to come help, breakfast on Thurs morning was not refilled quickly, food for purchase is too close to breakfast bar...confusing, 2nd floor had a stong burning wire smell by stairwell/ice maker”

”Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty.”

”Room was nice enough. I liked the mirrored wall behind the beds and the lights that are hidden. No glare that way. Microwave was missing glass tray that spins. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper causing the drain to be extremely noisy. Would of liked a bench outside to sit at when I went out to smoke. Everything else was great.”

”Room had a musty smell like mold was in the walls. No coffee maker in room.”

”Front desk guy was nice . Not his fault there was dead cockroaches in our room. Hallway smelled like cat pee. We immediately cancelled and asked for a refund which was promptly granted. Staff were great, place itself was run down and unclean to say the very least.”

”The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!”

”This was my third stay at this property. I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough.”

”The pool wasn’t open most of the time we were there. You can’t understand the front desk people and they didn’t have any kind of breakfast that was supposed to be included”

”So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.”

”This hotel should be condemned! Mold, roaches, and funky smells should be the only words in the description! Staff is rude and lazy. Floors were sticky, big bubbles in paint(water damage), carpets are nasty. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They tried to say I had been smoking in a room. The same room that made me feel deathly ill. It smelled like rotting death after the bleach they used to cover it up stopped working. NEVER STAY HERE!!!”

”There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.”
