"Great location, right in the heart of the city. We’ve stayed at another place from the same chain before, and I like the concept. The common areas are probably the best part of the place: there’s a rooftop pool, pool table, ping pong table, a small gym and plenty of places to sit and hang out. Everything has a stylish, youthful look, and the rooftop has good views. We also tried the food there and enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for the attention to detail: this was the first place so far where our requests made before arrival were actually noticed. We had asked for an extra blanket, and it was already waiting for us in the room. We really appreciated that! We had breakfast once. It was good and there was a decent selection, although I remember the breakfast at their other location being a little better. It was also quite busy when we were there, and finding a free table took a bit of effort. The room was clean and comfortable, though fairly simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the relaxed atmosphere."

"Super good hotel experience! We were upgraded to a room with a river/bridge view. The whole hotel is modern, beautifully designed and decorated. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast was magnificant. You just walk over the bridge and you are in the old city. Good restaurants and port wine tastings are just few hundreds meters away. You can reach the hotel from the airport by the metro at the cost of just 3€. "
