”We loved our stay here. The hotel, is so peaceful, clean and beautifully traditional.
The food is delicious, very wholesome and made of natural ingredients to order.
All the staff were so helpful and work hard to please. However a big shout out to Noemi who has gone above and beyond her job to organise forgotten laundry to be returned to us. She has been so lovely and helpful. ”

”We stayed a few days at this cute boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the surroundings beautiful and calm and the room stylish and adequate. The hotel is located on a really nice street with small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The hotel also have a cafe and courtyard open to the public. ”
”Good location. Pool Area and room like pictures. BUT I wouldn't recommend this Classic suite to anyone. It is in street level, in front of the reception. It's not soundproof at all, you basically hear everything from the pedestrians' steps to traffic noise straight to the room day n night. So no "view to city", you cannot open the windows/door because it is ground level.
Also AC wasn't working properly in this room.
Staff was friendly, but info about water problems beforehand would have been...
”We had an amazing time in Valladolid, there is so much to do around this town, and the hotel is close to everything. The staff is friendly and really helpful in providing great recommendation of places and restaurants. I recommend getting the complete breakfast in this hotel because you don’t want to miss those yummy chilaquiles. ”

”Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it. ”
”Traditional and convenient place to stay in Valladolid centre. The swimming pool and nice restaurant are good reasons to book this hotel. We enjoyed the charming old building but the room (cheapest room type) could definitely benefit from renovation, especially the bathroom. Hot water in the shower was a hit and miss. ”
