”Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation.

Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back.”

”The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. ”Had a great stay at Hotel Italia. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling!
The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed.
Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza.
Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!”
