”We have always loved staying at the Woodcliff, however, it seems like things have changed. Our room wasn't ready at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 to get in. The room itself was less attractive and maintained (miss matched glasses, fading paint, rough furniture etc.). The volume on the TV didn't work. The room was very cold, but, it wouldn't "heat" beyond 70. The staff were very nice. We didn't complain, but, we won't be staying there again.”

A couple of suggestions: You might tell people who are using the third floor that their window will be blocked by an unmovable quilt so as to protect them from viewers in the parking lot. You might also think of putting a clock in the room. There was no closet in our room, only a meager frame for hanging a single garment. There was a cover missing from one of the screws that held the toilet seat. The arrangement for turning on the shower is complex and was hard for...

”Great location for my purpose. The hotel was very clean. Only complaints would be that the fitness center and the main part of the hotel were too hot. AC in the room worked great though”

”This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”

”The lady at the front desk was very sweet, however spin entering the E unit, there was what appear to be feces dripping down the floor door. When we got to our room, it was also not clean. There was what appeared to be peanut shells on the bathroom floor and definitely remnants from someone's meal on the bedside table. We left early as it felt unsanitary.”
