”There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend.”

”The location of the hotel was fantastic! Everything is close by. The one issue we had was with the setup of the room. There were no towels, soap, or glasses provided in the room. It looked like it was stripped clean. The front desk did help us out amd provide these things when we went down to speak to them. The AC in the room is also very loud and it runs the whole night.”

”Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded.”

”This was my first time at the hotel. The lobby area was nice but my room was really nice. I really liked that it have a living room area as it was my first time in a king suite. The room was very clean. I definitely will be staying there again. Also the staff were friendly so that made the stay even more enjoyable.”
