”The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog. ”

”The room was very spacious, we had the 2 queen suite. The beds were comfortable, The sofa bed was not made, we were given linens when we checked in, though no pillows. ”Overall hotel was okay. I would stay their again if I was in NM again. Location wasn't horrible, did see a lot of homeless not to far away but cant put that on the hotel due to it seemed like Albuquerque was full of homeless no matter where we went. It was close to a lot shopping stores, the mall, and restaurants. Apple bees being next door is truly convenient and nice. Was impressed with breakfast, did have a lot of options. The pool was nice, some wear and tear but overall nice experience....
”The staff were friendly, the rooms are small but comfortable. If there were any issues, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking/singing. Also the hotel is across from a park that is occupied by the homeless community. While there were no issues we had a room facing the park and had to listen to a man yelling at the top of his lungs nonsense at 7 in the morning. It went on for about 45 mins. Then it stoppes and we heard nothing for the rest if our stay.”
