"We spent just over a week here in June 2025. A few days before the trip, we were informed that a power outage had damaged the air conditioning and many electrical appliances. Some were fixed, but the air conditioning and dishwasher were not working.This definitely affected our holiday — it was nearly 30C outside and almost as hot inside, so the nights were very uncomfortable. We're used to having a dishwasher at home and didn't expect to wash dishes by hand on holiday, but we had to do so.We still paid the full price and the owner didn’t offer any discount, even though an essential feature like air conditioning was not available.The place itself is beautiful, but it needs a deep clean — housekeeping has clearly been below standard."
