"Areas for improvement: Room soundproofing is very poor, with noise easily heard from other rooms and the hallway. Elevators are slow and crowded. The breakfast hall is noisy, and drink stations often require long queues. Room ventilation is weak; in November the air conditioning only produced warm air. Positives: Common areas and rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping. The rooftop terrace is great, and the pool area is spacious (though the pool was closed in November). Summary: Decent value for money, but not up to a four-star standard."
