”While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. ”We found this place and booked after seeing it was pet friendly and close to the beach which was a must for our beach loving family and pups. Our stay was lovely- it’s a few blocks to the beach and into the main town area. The place was clean, had a good amount of space, was quiet, and a small deck area to sit outside. Communications with the host were easy and they checked in on us part way through to ensure our stay was going well.”

”Stayed a couple of days. Valet was actually excellent, quick, and efficient. The guys doing valet were auper on it and friendly. Check in was very easy. Roman and Alicia at the front desk were great, providing us with amazing service. I will say, the room was not the cleanest. "Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. What shocked us (and what reduced the overall rating) was that as we used Valet Parking, someone had slept in our car (passenger seat was in bed position). We commented it to the Valet guys and asked to talked to the manager. Manager was apparently out of reach and they promised that he/she would call back. He/she never did. We were in a hurry and had to start driving so could not continue settling it. We had an idea that Hyatt would be a nice chain with proper Valet service - This has clearly not been the case. "
