”This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience ”

”My wife and I have been staying here on a yearly basis for many years. We enjoy the quiet, clean rooms, comfortable beds, continental breakfast, locality and the price. One year we had stayed somewhere else in the Brunswick area, because the Traveler's Inn was fully booked, and we were not happy at all. That's why we always comeback to the Traveler's Inn.”

”Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again.”

”The internet was not secure The room did not have room darkening drapes. Breakfast was good. TV not usefall no NBC,ABC,CBS channel and very few other channels to watch except old out of date programming.”

”Understandably, the hallways were a mess due to construction. But I’m not sure I have ever seen such a sloppy work site. There appeared to be zero effort put into keeping things “tidy” while under construction. The entry door would not close and lock unless you put a lot of extra effort into it. I closed it a few times but it was always left open when I went though. Pretty sure the building was never secure over night. Along with that the deadbolt wouldn’t work in my room. I have had a great...
