”This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience ”

”After a nightmarish travel day in which our flight was cancelled and we had to have an overnight layover, the hotel was gracious enough to save our room, and were extremely helpful in making us comfortable. This was especially helpful because we both ended up sick while there, and needed to have a nice place to recover. The room was quiet, the staff was terrific, the amenities were awesome and the location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the bus and rail station.”

”Check in was super easy and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean and beds are super comfortable! Gorgeous pool and excellent breakfast! ”Our first room had ants crawling in it, the second room they assigned to us was not cleaned, and the third room had one bed that looked suspiciously dirty so we bit the bullet and slept in the other bed. Do not recommend this hotel. The walls were dirty and overall was odorous.”

”The property has been sold as of Jan 2026 and according to office staff, renovations are underway. My room was in good condition with the exception of the privacy blinds which were dusty and inoperable. I was otherwise satisfied with my room, but would have liked to have had a microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities are great for families who want to have fun with their kids. Buildings need to be overhauled and hopefully the new owners will bring new life to the rooms. I would...
