This was an incredible location for a group with great outdoor spaces, plenty of room indoors, and the lake access for swimming could not have been better. Would recommend this to anyone.

The house was perfect for our family of 12. It fit us all comfortably. The view was beautiful along with the sunsets. They had plenty of kayaks and paddle boards for us all to enjoy. We had a great time. I would love to return again.

Our stay at Maple Cove Lodge on Lake Sebago was perfect. Anthony was a very responsive host who made us feel most welcome at his homes. The sleeping, playing, gathering and swimming areas were wonderful for our three generation family. The air conditioning was super effective on our warmer days. The homes were clean and well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or memorable spot for our vacation. This spot on Sebago Lake is higher recommended by my whole family, from the 8 year old to the 80 year old!!

Wonderful Lake House

Our family had a super time while staying at this spacious house. The house is on a quiet cove of the lake and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards.

We are so grateful to our host at Maple Cove! From the very start of our planning process right up to the end of our stay…our experience was spectacular! The lodge and cabin are even more beautiful than in the pictures! So many little details made the getaway so comfortable and accommodating!! Expedient communication, cleanliness and comfort! We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving in this wonderful vacation home! Highly recommend this fantastic site!!

The Property was perfect. It had room for the boats at the dock. A perfect view of the water. The sunset views were spectacular. A large kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Plenty of room to lounge in multiple rooms in the house. Great bedroom spaces through-out the houses. The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Multiple fridges and freezers for storing food. Two levels of seating at the upper and lower decks outside. Easily accessible trash cans and trash bags were available on site. It was a perfect place to fish, lounge and have fun with family and friends. I would go back in a heart beat if they will have us next near.

Maple Cove Lodge is just perfection. We stayed for 4 nights with two other families with kids. The water access was exactly what you need-- boat docking, jumping in off the dock or wading in off of the sandy beach.The multiple levels of outdoor dining areas was great.Having the 2nd house also allowed for one of the families who sleeps in to have their own area.The neighbors were so kind and gave us all sorts of recommendations.The rooms were great--although make sure to pack sheets and towels!We are booking again for next year!

Family Labor Day Weekend

We all had a great time. The house and cottage had many options for sleeping and plenty of room to hang out. Lots of fun was had with the water toys. We plan to be back!

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Maple Cove Lodge was more than we could have expected. The property is gorgeous and so convenient for large groups. We stayed before my wedding and Anthony was so flexible and communicative with us, we couldnt have asked for more! Definitely worth the money!

Excellent Stay in a Gorgeous Location

Great property, well supplied, absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets. All in our party noticed the cleanliness of the property immediately on arrival. Our group was there primarily for fishing the lake so we docked a 14 passenger pontoon easily at the dock which was nice as often docking can be treacherous with rocks and shallows but this was easy going. Property owner was very helpful with recommendations and info as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay here very much.

Family Vacation

The Maple Cove Lodge was perfect. My family had a great time all week. We spend a lot of time on the beach because the area had full sun all day. Everyone enjoyed the canoe, paddle boat, and the water pad . The younger kids played on the water pad all day. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable I would love to go back again next year!

Piece of heaven

Anthony was great! His communication unbelievably quick! Houses are perfect for a large family and being comfortable . Updated kitchen And the sunsets over the lake were absolutely beautiful.

MDW Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Maple Cove. The property is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for multiple groups, we didn’t even need to use the cottage. Dock is plenty large for boating, and the kayaks/paddle boards were a major plus. Only item that gave us trouble were the keypads, a little finicky and we were locked out at first. Would definitely recommend staying here!

family trip

The lake house is amazing. Great for multiple families to enjoy. Plenty of hang out spaces to enjoy. The location on the lake is great for boaters and the availability of two kayaks and two paddleboards was enjoyed by our group. The guesthouse with two bedrooms and full kitchen gave a couple of our guests some privacy and their own space to enjoy when they weren't at the main house. Amazing kitchen and all the equipment to cook or BBQ if you wanted.

Gorgeous Property stunning View

This property lacked nothing! It had all the appliances, miscellaneous item one would need, but usually forget (coffee filters, sugar, etc) Beautiful sandy beach, with kayaks, paddle boards & floats. Spacious dock we used for our pontoon boat. There was 12 adults, but this would be perfect for families too. Would highly recommend!

Best Multi Family Spot on Sebago Lake

There is a reason this is the first lake house my family decided to return to and will secure our spot again for next year. It is clean, the property is large enough that if you or someone in your family needs their own space they can have it, multiple spots to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, AC works wonderfully, the kayaks, paddleboards, and water mat- obvious plus, the additional bathroom downstairs also fantastic, communication with the owner was seamless, check in and check out was great- basically if I could give this property more than 5 stars...I would!
