”Nice place, although we didn’t have an ocean view from the room it is right across the street from the beach, walk to restaurants, lovely grounds and pool area. We love Nokomis!! ”

”a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.”

”We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!”
