This spacious unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds and 1 Sofa Bed most comfortable for children, 2 separate bathrooms, 1 half bath, a full kitchen, and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 8 occupants.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Lodges at Trillium are Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) which is 48 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. to respond to your requests. Reminder for late check-in procedures: after hours check-in with security in unit 17B. *** Parking Policy ***

On site parking available at no charge. Because the resort is part of the private community Trillium Links and Lake Club, the association does not permit storage of boats, trailers or RVs. Before arriving to the resort, please make arrangements for storing these vehicles. The resort can provide you with nearby storage and parking options prior to your arrival.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.

Due to social distancing, amenities may not be available.

All resort amenities such as golfing and kayaking are not located within walking distance of the resort units. We recommend driving the short distance through breathtaking mountainous terrain to experience these enjoyable activities. With the nature of the roads in the area being narrow and winding, there may be some slick spots during inclement weather. Some of these roads do not have guard rails, so use extreme caution while travelling the area by road.
