”The hotel itself was very nice. Beautiful garden with a pool and few sunbeds. Service was occasionally very slow and neutral. For example in the spa there were towels and bottles of the previous guests. We mentioned about it and asked for someone to collect them, but nothing happened. One day the hotel was fully booked and the service during breakfast was extremely slow because there was not enough personnel. On the other hand housekeeping was perfect. Also food in the restaurant at dinner as...
”Excellent location. A short walk to the cathedral, and the best shopping and restaurant scene in Palma. Comfortable room with all modern amenities and friendly staff. The sink could be a little bigger and the overall ventilation stronger. This was my first experience with the hotel reception on the top floor, and I liked it. Totally boutique!”
