Tuscan Hideaway with Views and Pool

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, an unspoilt hilltop town in central Tuscany.
The stone farmhouse has been restored with grat care and is divided into 3 apartments, each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space.
The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets.
It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

Hidden at the back of the farmhouse you can indulge in the privacy of this carefully restored ground floor apartment with two private garden terraces. It is cosy and full of character, combining modern and traditional materials– parquet flooring, beamed ceilings and stone-crafted windows. There is a well equipped kitchen / sitting area with a sofa, a comfortable bedroom space and a bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin.

Enjoy a barbecue under big skies with magnificent sunsets and absolute silence.

The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and gardens full of flowers and fresh cooking herbs which you are welcome to pick.

The swimming pool, 20 mt from the house with great views across the valley, is shared with the other 2 apartments and is a quiet place to relax, unwind and read.

For this reason it is not suitable for children under 13 years or for those who enjoy water games, inflatables and loud music.

Agriturismo Timignano is in the middle of the countryside, 10 minutes from the beautiful hill top town Casole d'Elsa and within 40 minutes of Tuscany's main artistic and cultural hotspots.

There is a 1.5km stone road leading to the house. It is suitable for all types of car but we advise you to drive slowly due to various drainage bumps along the route.

Swimming towels are not provided.

The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away in Casole d'Elsa so we suggest you buy some provisions before arriving. There is a good local restaurant in the village, 5 minutes from the house.
