”This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously...

"Lovely hotel with nice ability to swim in the lake Lugano. Staff is stressed and not that interested in service. Breakfast is really bad, the smell already is repulsive. No vegetables, fresh cut fruit, box omelette, bread ok, good coffee, not the same standard as the hotel. Good hotel in this neighbourhood."
