Cassarate Hotellit

”Great location for trains and buses. Very neat apartment with a great balcony. Washing machine and drier very handy. Thanks for the stay.”

”It was a pleasure. The view is stunning. The apartment is clean, everything that is needed can be found there and the overall location is very nice. I would absolutely recommend it”

”The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance. The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Was told to make sure the Bluetooth on phone needed to be activated but note that there’s A SECONDARY permission needed within the app. If there a glitch you’re at the mercy of automated replies and hoping someone comes back to you. Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

”We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

”The room was clean and very spacious. The furniture was outdated. There was no cups, plates or any cutlery even though there was a small kitchen. The AC was effective but noisy. The pool area and breakfast were excellent. We really enjoyed the spa and spinning class too.”

”Just next to beach boulevard. Excellent service and clean hotel. Airconditioning super good”

”Hieno sijanti, funikulaarilla pääsi asemalta hotellin pihaan”

”The breakfast was excellent, however there was neither fridge nor kettle in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable.”

”Luxurious breakfast, clean beautiful room. We were upgraded into a better room with 2 bedrooms. Awesome. ”

”Lovely hotel with nice ability to swim in the lake Lugano. Staff is stressed and not that interested in service. Breakfast is really bad, the smell already is repulsive. No vegetables, fresh cut fruit, box omelette, bread ok, good coffee, not the same standard as the hotel. Good hotel in this neighbourhood.”

”Good location. A very small room. No view (a wall). No ac, but the fan was ok. Noice from the street on Saturday night. On Sunday morning at 8 and 10 worships in the church, you could hear it clearly into the room. No place other than expensive restaurants to buy snacks/food on a Sunday.”

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”

”The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d probably do it again. Had a small kitchen counter deal with limited dishes but we didn’t use it.”

”Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.”

”The property was conveniently located, but the rooms could have been cleaner. The amount of dish soap provided was quite limited, and when we asked for more so we could leave the property clean, we were told to purchase it ourselves. Overall, the stay was fair for the price we paid.”
