”Very friendly staff, extraordinary, I would say, also in reception and at breakfast! All the problems solved!”

”Good location. A very small room. No view (a wall). No ac, but the fan was ok. Noice from the street on Saturday night. On Sunday morning at 8 and 10 worships in the church, you could hear it clearly into the room. No place other than expensive restaurants to buy snacks/food on a Sunday.”

”Die Unterkunft hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen. Top Zustand und schöne Einrichtung. Das Bett (1.40) und Zimmer ist eher klein gehalten, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend, vorallem ist die Lage gleich am See und in Fussnähe zum Zentrum. Ich hab noch zusätzlich (separat via Website) noch die integrierte Garage gebucht. Hier hat es einen PKW-Lift mit maximaler 2m Breite! Es gibt auch offene Parkplätze.”

”Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Loistava aamupala, mukava henkilökunta, täysin uusi huone ja hieno näkymä järvelle. Ainoa miinus oli vaikeus löytää pysäköinti mutta tämä johtui siitä etten lukenut hotellin lähettämää viestiä.”

”Piti olla vain yksi yö mutta hotelli oli erinomaisessa paikkaa joten vietimme kaksi yötä. Koramme Coco viihtyi hyvin hotelissa ja läheisillä pyistoalueilla tapasimme muita koiriwn ulkoiluttajia. Juotsenet kävelivät potkin kävelykatua ja viettivät aikaa baareissa. Naisille ostoskadulla oli kaikki kuuluisat vaateliikkeet ja niiden palvelu oli erinomaista. Lähellä on myös outlet Fox Town. ”

”Place was amazing. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to help. Room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Bus stop was feet from the door and the Olive Tree walk started next to thee hotel. Overall just an amazing place. ”

”We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano. ”

”The location is not central but if you are a little bit fit you can walk to the centre and back. A bus ticket is included In the hotel stay, though and a bus stop is right by the hotel entrance. Staff very helpful. ”

”Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

”This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the owner is so nice and the communication was easy and quick,...
