”Cozy little cottage where you find everything You need to have a good time including a washingmachine, a flattop bbq and a Gaming room with table-Soccer, airhockey and many more. Everything was nice and clean and every room was decorated lovely. The host are absolutely amazing and we had the best time we could possibly have!Our recommendation: have some nice days there!!!!”

”This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! ”

”The little cabin was clean, quiet, and well outfitted for a nice vacation in the Gulf Islands. The only sound we heard at night was a baby dear softly calling for its mother. Hope they were reunited. The location of this spot was also pretty convenient for reaching all the sites on Salt Spring and there's a nice beach close by.”

”Super nice, clean, and modern A-frame with a great view of the Straight of Georgia. We loved it! I had to work part of the stay and the internet speeds were amazing. We also loved the gas fireplace, just the coolest place to stay. Well done!”

”We had a wonderful time in Salt Spring. Lots to do and wish we had more time especially to hike. Ollie’s place was as described. Very easy communication. The space is convenient t to all locations especially the town of Ganges and Long Harbpur. Salt Spring Cidery just across the street. Beds were comfortable as well as pullout. Would stay again. ”

”snug little cottage with a lovely view of the ocean and fantastic sunsets. The cottage is well equipped, has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Hosts Alison and Kevin are very nice and interesting people. We enjoyed our stay and it will be our first choice for a return visit.”

”Lovely, well equipped, clean property & wonderful host. Amazing place to get away from it all, though lack of cell service can pose a bit of frustration when trying to map out destinations. Restaurant options at Lake Cowichan are very minimal and not great, so plan on driving at least 20-30min to find more. The nearby river is SO beautiful and excellent for swims, a river float & hikes.”

”The Bird House is in excellent condition with high quality finishes. It is quiet and feels like a deep woods getaway despite being a short drive to anything and everything. We were very comfortable here and were able to mix work, relaxation and exploration of the island. We watched the sunset from Vesuvius Beach every night!”
