”We had a very relaxing stay at the cottage and really enjoyed the deck and overall privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. It was a little unexpected that no shampoo or shower gel was provided, but there are plenty of stores within easy driving distance to buy anything you need. The host declined my request to charge an EV, but provided a list of charging stations nearby. The check in and communication was excellent. The resort has a wonderful indoor...

”We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Appliances seem fairly new and worked fine. The owner was quick to respond to a minor inconvenience, an empty bbq tank. We would definitely stay there again.”

”I would NEVER knowingly stay where I have to use an “outhouse”! No soap in outhouse. Very little cell service on Salt Spring Island; it took an hour to discover that the cabin was located BEHIND the host’s house down an unmarked back lane. There was no microwave just a BBQ. All water was outside. Thick bush meant lots of mosquitoes. Could not get gas fireplace to work. It was however very private and close to town. Windows were clean. Breakfast granola was scrumptious.”
