Designed for six guests, the property features a spacious ground-floor layout. A large kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and washing machine. The cozy living area has a single sofa bed, a satellite TV, and a fireplace for added warmth. Two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed in one and a single and double bed in the other. Guests can unwind on the veranda or terrace, enjoy the shared garden with barbecue facilities, or take a refreshing swim in the shared pool (12 x 6 m), open from April to September.

The town of Sassetta, just 1 km away, boasts traditional Tuscan eateries serving regional delights. A short drive to Marina Castagneto Carducci offers seaside dining with fresh seafood and breathtaking views.
