At the entrance of the property, you will find the mailbox and, inside it, the self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the apartments are stored in the self check in box, and you will receive all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. In this wonderful apartment, you are sure to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

At our apartments, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, bed linen, towels, and sheets, the kitchen is equipped with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for separate waste collection. For any needs, we are always available to assist you, offering support from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. A concierge service is also available (except during the night) via chat, where you can ask any questions from operating appliances, to the best local restaurants, to the most interesting sightseeing spots, or the nearest parking.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.
