”Hotellin sijainti ja ulkoasu oli upea. Katastrofi alkoi kun olimme tulossa nukkumaan 22 aikoihin. Ikkunamme oli pieneen tunneli sisäpihaan ja katolla oli baari. Ikkunassa ei lainkaan tiivistyksiä ja kaiutin suoraan tunnelin suulla. Tuntui kuin meillä olisi disco omassa kylpyhuoneessa. Nukkumisesta ei tullut mitään edes korvatulpilla. Huoneen vaihto ei kuulma onnistunut. Valehtelivat meille kahteen kertaan musiikin loppumisen ajankohdasta respassa kun valitimme metelistä. Meteli oli pahempi kuin...

”This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk. ”

”Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. ”

”Sono tornato con piacere in questo Boutique Hotel dove trovo personale cordiale e disponibile, la gente di questa terrà è sempre accogliente e simpatica. Abbiamo avuto colazione top con prodotti del territorio e una vista bellissima sul mare. La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. La Sicilia è bellissima , il cibo ottimo , i colori ed i profumi straordinari, ma per visitare tutto è necessario venire più volte perchè...

”Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it”

”Hotellilla on loistava sijainti vastapäätä oopperaa. Toiseen suuntaan pääsee tutustumaan vanhaan kaupunkiin ja toiseen suuntaan parhaisiin kauppoihin. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja todella kauniit. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, palvelu oli ystävällistä ja henkilökohtaista. Henkilöstö oli valmis auttamaan erilaisten varausten järjestämisessä.”

”Accolti con molta gentilezza da Ken, un giovane addetto che ci ha fornito informazioni esaurienti sulla casa e sulle diverse attrattive del centro storico di Palermo, lasciandoci un suo numero di telefono al quale rintracciarlo in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento è comodo, apprezzabile la presenza dell'ascensore! Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta e ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche ad altri. Se proprio dobbiamo proporre qualche miglioramento, potremmo consigliare di spolverare...

”Wir waren 10 Wochen in Casteldaccia mit unseren zwei Hunden und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten waren wunderschön. Der Manager, Giovanni war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine sehr schöne Athmosphäre, sehr angenehm. Es waren wunderbar erholsame Ferien.”

”Our group of 17 eager travelers enjoyed their time at the beautiful villa. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and energized at the property. Our friend Maeve had never been to the island and fell in love with it quite quickly. The host was incredible and very easy to communicate with. Many memories were made here, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts - Muffy.”

”We enjoy that lovely place very much. With nice art of Maria and ceramics of Riccardo realy a beautyful space in and outdoor and that wunderful garden and great view from the 1. and 2. floor in the landscape…Everything we need, we found there, or in the near. The check-in and -out was easy and friendly with the help of Giovanni and Sylvia, she speak a good english. Thanks for all & Casteldaccia.”
