Huvilat – Castelfranco di Sopra

”We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

”We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...

”Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. The views of the hills are breathtaking! It's a shame we didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast and dinner menu or a cooking class, but it will definitely be...
