Villa Luisa, one of the three residences, is ideal for group stays or large families. Its outdoor swimming pool provides a delightful escape during the warmer months, from mid-April to mid-October.

THE AREA
The villa is situated in a perfect location for a multifaceted holiday experience.
Located in the Florentine Chianti, it is an excellent starting point for exploring local culinary traditions and enjoying food and wine tours.
Villa Luisa is also a great choice for a culture-focused getaway; it serves as a strategic base for visiting Tuscany’s most renowned cities of art. Florence is just around the corner, while Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, and numerous other small medieval villages can all be reached in less than an hour.
For those who love nature and tranquility, this is a true paradise—perfect for scenic walks, horseback riding, or e-bike excursions (available for rent upon request).
Nearby, you will find the Sant'Antonio Forest protected natural area and the Vallombrosa woods, home to a famous abbey. Additionally, the popular Poppi Zoo—a delight for both children and adults—is just about an hour away.

THE HOUSE
Villa Luisa is set within a fully fenced property, ensuring complete privacy and restricted access to outsiders.
The house features three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. The accommodation includes a private garden with a barbecue and an exclusive outdoor parking space. It is part of a larger property that also houses two other villas and a swimming pool (which is fenced off).
Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property.

SERVICES
Maite, Michela, and Beatrice are on-site at the complex’s central villa from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
While remaining completely unobtrusive, they are at your full disposal to provide tourist information and assist with a range of services (available for an additional fee), including:

ABOUT THE AREA
The property is located near an industrial zone, less than 1.5 km from "The Mall"—a renowned designer outlet and one of the most significant shopping destinations of its kind in the world.
Despite its proximity to these commercial areas, the property remains entirely sheltered from the bustle, noise, and traffic, ensuring a stay defined by total relaxation and tranquility.

GETTING AROUND
If you plan to explore the region, a car is highly recommended.
If you simply wish to go shopping or perhaps visit Florence, we can arrange transport—for an additional fee—to "The Mall" or to the Rignano sull’Arno-Reggello train station.
When planning your stay, please be aware that public transportation is very limited and there is no taxi service. There are, however, private chauffeur services (NCC) operating in the area, though these must be booked several days in advance.
