You will meet Angela at Bar Clemaus: From Agropoli towards Santa Maria di Castellabate, at the second roundabout take the fourth exit on the left. Electricity: 0.50/kWh. Usage will be verified at check in and check out. The amount will be charged through Airbnb after departure. Tourist tax: 1 per person/day (Municipality of Castellabate). Check in after 8:00 PM: 20 surcharge. Bed linens and towels: included. Extra changes: 15 per person. Firewood: 30 per week or part thereof. Pets: all allowed. Additional fee of 35 per pet. To ensure proper waste disposal, upon your arrival, you will be provided with all necessary instructions based on the collection schedule of the Municipality of Castellabate.

The villa is spread over three levels and offers spacious areas for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The first floor features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and balconies overlooking the greenery. On the second floor, there are three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large terrace ideal for enjoying the view. From the ground floor, a few steps lead directly to the beach, making access to the sea simple and immediate.
