  • Fantastic huvila on rakennettu kokonaan paikallisten kiven ja rinteillä vuoren, sijaitsee alueella Fraginesi Scopello alueella.

    Huvila on varustettu kaiken tarvittavan miellyttävän ja rentouttavan loman,
    viime aikoina remontin jälkeen kaksi vanhaa kivitaloa liittyneet yhteen, omaisuus mahtuu 13 ihmistä ja mahdollisuus lisäpaikkaa pyydettäessä.

    Pääsee käytävän läpi ajotieltä joka avautuu yksityinen pysäköintialue, johon mahtuu jopa 4 autoa, edessä Villa on pääsisäänkäynti ja veranta, jossa on sohvia, jossa voit viettää vapaa-aikaa.

    Sen takana talon avaa puutarhan paikallisten kasvien ja osa on solarium, jossa se muutettiin upea uima-allas 12x5 pääsy kautta Roman vaiheet, jossa voit viettää päivää yhteensä seesteisyys äärimmäisen rentoutumista.

    Täysi ulkoavaruudesta veranta, joka on suoraan yhteydessä keittiö huvila, jossa voit ruokailla mukavasti.

    By takorautaportaat lasi vaiheita johtaa jopa ullakolle, jossa on viihtyisä oleskelutila, jossa kirjasto, mukava sohva nojatuoli, Sky 3D Smart TV, DVD-soitin, joka johtaa ulkopuolella parvekkeella sohvia viettää rentouttava iltaisin.

    Tässä kerroksessa on makuuhuone kylpyhuone.

    Muissa siiven pohjakerroksessa on pieni kylpyhuone, jossa sijaitsee pesukone, eteinen johtaa kaksi muuta huonetta ..
    Ensimmäinen koostuu kaksi sänkyä ja oma kylpyhuone, toinen varustettu majoittaa vammaisen henkilön on oma kylpyhuone, on parivuode ja yhden hengen vuode.

    Yläkerrassa on kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa oma kylpyhuone ja parveke pääsy.
    Näissä huoneissa, koska niiden suuruus voi pyynnöstä anna sänkyä.

    Kiinteistö on täysin aidattu, videovalvonta ja hälytys reuna, tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden sen vieraille.

    Lähin ranta on "Bay Guidaloca", jossa on joitakin rantoja varustettu ja hyvin järjestetty. Etäisyys 1 km.

    Merenrantakaupunki Castellammare del Golfo on noin 2,5 km päässä ja 4 km valhe Scopello, Zingaro luonnonsuojelualue, antiikin Tonnara ja Faraglionin.

    Sijainti Villa on keskeinen päästä alle tunnissa kuuluisin matkailukeskusten Länsi Sisiliassa, Marsala Erice, San Vito lo Capo saarella Mozia, Segesta ja suola Trapani tai Palermo ja Monreale .

This is an amazing find in Sicily. Located in a great part of the island, a short drive from Palermo Airport and very close to Castellammare Del Golfo and Scopello, it is the perfect base for an Italian group holiday. The place is very large and well equiped.

Perfect private place for our family of 12 to stay. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the porch during the evening to relax and eat like Italian families do.Airconditioning for cold nights of hot days is very welcome.Good, clean beds and good showers!Nice and quick contact with the host.

Wonderful property

This is a very impressive renovation that provides plenty of character and comfort. It is great for larger groups and has plenty of public and private space. The location is good and we were able to access various towns and sites with minimal travel: we also had a wonderful meal prepared by a local cook reccomended by our host. We had a great stay, thank you.

Great place to stay! They had everything you needed for a large group and all of the rooms were cleaned well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there was 1 in each room and at least 2 in the common areas. There are about 3 upper floor balconies and all of them have a gorgeous view of a Sicilian sunset with the backdrop of the mountains. There’s enough parking for at least 3 cars (and could definitely fit more). The pool area was well maintained. Only thing is it’s a bit difficult to get to with Google Maps, but as long as you pay attention to the landmarks we found our way there each day/night, no problem. 12-15min drive to the nearest supermarket, the beach, and downtown Castellammare for dining. Overall, I’d recommend this as a wonderful place to stay if you’re in the area.

Rustic villa cozy and comfortable each bedroom was ensuite. We prepared meals and kitchen was adequately stocked. Short drive to Castellammare del Golfo. Beautiful city. Would definitely book here again.

Very spacious and tidy. Locating took a minute, but once we arrived properly was very convenient to town. Water pump was a bit rowdy at times. Our family did enjoy our stay.

The villa was beautiful and the swimming pool was one of the best we have every had on a family holiday. On arrival the villa was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. It was in a nice quiet location. It was well laid out, was weel appointed with everything that a family required, as we we 9 adults and one 2 year old and we ALL enjoyed our stay, a definate 10 out of 10. Thank you

The property is well situated by car and each room has its own bathroom...a nice feature. However, the amenities are not up to standard. The pool umbrella was broken, the our outdoor chairs were frayed. The outdoor shower did not work. Tableware and other amenities were limited. Cleanliness was sub standard. Communication was not great. There were only 3 wine glasses for 10 adults. We requested more and were told that they wioud be brought the following day the host never showed up. The place has the potential to be a great residence but would need some TLC.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this villa. We were a group of 11 people from four families, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Having a bathroom in every bedroom made the stay very comfortable, and the air conditioning throughout the villa was a great bonus. The outdoor areas are excellent, with several terraces and seating areas to relax, and the pool was clean, enjoyable, and even cleaned during our stay.The location is peaceful and private, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would also like to thank the couple managing the property, who were always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we needed assistance.A few improvements could make the villa even better. The kitchen would benefit from more plates, glasses, wine glasses, chopping boards, and sharper knives. Some cookware, particularly one of the frying pans, should be replaced. We would also recommend providing reusable plastic cups for the pool area, as glassware around the pool, especially with children present, is not ideal.These were minor issues, and overall we had a wonderful holiday!

A beautiful house which fitted our extended family of 12 easily. Every room is en-suite. Fantastic large pool which our grandchildren were never out of. All our hire cars (nightmare experience on collection!!!) had plenty of shade parking. Huge table on expansive grounds for family meals. Bbq area well away from table. Kitchen well stocked with pans, cutlery, plates etc. Separate laundry room. There are stairs to access the bedrooms but there is a stair lift for those with mobility issues. Host answers all questions quickly and thoroughly. We were met by a representative of the host at a prearranged location and guided to property as it’s difficult to find with satnav instructions. You must have transportation as the villa is in a very rural location.Bring your own shower toiletries as none at property- this would be a nice touch to add and wouldn’t cost much.All in all a great place to stay

We spent a week at Dreamhouse Scopello with a group of 12, a mix of teens and adults. The pool was a much loved feature of the villa, especially during the very hot Sicilian days. The pool is larger than it seems in the pictures. The patio and pool areas are spacious and there are a variety of seating options, enough for a group of 12. Parking was easy and can fit 4 cars. There’s good AC in every room. It was wonderful to have a washroom for every bedroom, although some showers are tight. The house provided a starter pack of supplies but definitely plan on a trip to the supermarket for a week’s supply. The property manger was very responsive to our requests and questions. We recommend the location if you are comfortable driving and are looking for destinations along Sicily’s northern shore.

Nice House and area with some limitations

Very nice House with beautiful surroundings. Check in procedures was a bit to fast and informations few. Kitchen applaince was very limited and it was difficult to make dinner to 10 people. Some things was out if order and was not repaired even if promised. Ezample pool shower was not Working. Garbage was difficult and insofficint according to local rules

De accomodatie is goed. Ruime kamers met een goed balkon en badkamer. Fijn dat er een groot overdekt terras was (al lekte deze wel na flinke regenbuien). Contact met contactpersoon was goed per app en telefoon. Fijn dat er nog wat achtergebleven kookbenodigdheden waren zoals zout, peper, olie en wat kruiden. WC papier was er voor elke kamer maar 1 rol (voor 1 week) Er is onvoldoende servies zoals glazen, borden, schalen en bestek, er waren bijvoorbeeld maar 5 wijnglazen voor een huis voor 12 personen. Wel voldoende pannen. Van een badkamer was de douchekop stuk. De matrassen waren over t algemeen goed en stevig, voor sommige te hard. De dekens en kussens in de kast waren wat smoezelig. de buitenstoelen zijn aan vervanging toe, Fijn dat er zwembadhandoeken waren. De stof is van vele stoelen ingescheurd of er ontbreken schroeven.

An absolutely perfect stay in every way

We were 10 people from an extended family and all loved our stay at this beautiful and well situated property. The house and property were even better in person than in the pictures. The pool was clean and refreshing and well used by the whole family. Actually, the cleanliness of the whole house was en pointe. The kitchen was well stocked, the air conditioning worked well, great water pressure in the showers, everything just right. The management was very responsive and filled the few minor requests that we had, I.e. more towels. You will definitely need a car, but will find beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Tonnara di Scopello was a highlight! We hope to be back someday ❤️

Villa comoda e baricentrica

Villa che è nella realtà come appare sul sito, bella, comoda, con spazi ben distribuiti e silenziosa. Curati il giardino e la piscina. Adeguate le stanze, bella la cucina e la zona interna. Condizionatori efficienti. Da rivedere alcune dotazioni interne (un paio di sedie rotte) ma nel complesso un’ottima Villa. Per andare in paese non essendoci nulla nei paraggi, servono dai 10 a 15 minuti di auto

Wonderful stay. Adult group of 8. Private setting, private rooms with balconies and private bathrooms. Luxurious. Close to Castellemare de Golfo and Zingaro. It would be good to add a small supply of dish detergent and trash bags.

Casa Vacanza

We were an adult family of 8, staying in this beautiful home for 4 days. The living quarters are beautiful and perfect for a large group (we were all adults). The home is very private but not too far from Castellemare de golfo, and Zingarro. Each room is elegant, and posh and some with balconies. Beautiful views. There is opportunity to walk the roads by the vineyards surrounding the property. Well stocked kitchen. Only comment for improvement is to include more trash bags and dish detergent to help us keep the facility clean.
