Villa Romy is located on the slopes of the mountain in the area of Castellammare del Golfo, along with other two properties, and from here you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea.
It is one km away from the city center, three km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and ten km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.

The villa has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units.

The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs.

Villa Romy has two bedrooms, one with double bed and air-conditioning, the other with single bed (no windows and no air-conditioning in this room) and it can accommodate 4 people (1 in a sofa bed which is in the living room).

The villa also features a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, where you can stay and dine comfortably in contact with nature, a living room kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. A fourth person can sleep in a sofa-bed (at extra cost).

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights, 5 nights in July and August.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, baby cot, high chair. Air conditioning will be charged at 0,50 € / kwh to pay onsite.
Pets not allowed.
For check-in after 21:00 a surcharge of 20 Euros will be applied. The amount must be paid on site.

Extra costs (to be paid on site):

Tourist tax: 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights). The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations.

From 2025:
High chair and cot free of charge
Final cleaning: € 80
