Istrice cosy apartment garden swimming pool, tennis and wifi

You will stay in a historic medieval village that dates back to the 12th century AD. surrounded by olive trees and Chianti vineyards you can cool off in a beautiful swimming pool open from 23 May to 30 September and make use of the tennis court. The apartment has an outdoor patio with dining table overlooking the fantastic panorama of the Tuscan hills. The location allows you to go on excursions in the surrounding woods and easily reach the main cities of art. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building inside the village.

It has a small garden in front of the entrance and a larger garden at the back.

Internally it develops into a large living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofa bed. Guests can use the tennis court and swimming pool in the common areas. There is air conditioning and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided for each booking.
