If you need to travel further afield, there's a bus stop just 200 meters from the house.

The house is just a 3-minute walk from the center of Castellina in Chianti and offers easy access to walking paths that span 500 meters. If you're looking for more active pursuits, there's an outdoor swimming pool located just 3 kilometers away and an indoor pool located 12 kilometers away. If you're in the mood to relax, you'll find thermal baths at "Rapolano Terme," just 50 kilometers from the house. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that there's an 18-hole golf course just 35 kilometers away.

Casa Chiara is a vacation home that boasts modern and practical furnishings. It is a 3-room house that covers an area of 75 m2 and is situated in a west-facing position. The house is spread over two levels with beautiful parquet and natural stone floors.

The living/dining room features a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) at an extra cost. There is also an exit to the terrace and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a children's room with 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. There is also a bath/bidet/WC. The house has heating and can comfortably accommodate families.

Outside, there is a terrace measuring 20 m2 that is partly roofed and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is equipped with furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs (2), and a box-room.

Other facilities available at Casa Chiara include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, and free internet (WiFi). Parking is available on the property with a reserved spot for one car and a garage that can accommodate one car at the house.

Please note that the vacation home is suitable for families and non-smokers only. One pet/dog is allowed, and there are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for the local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included in the rental price.
